I don’t know what your interests are, but my husband is a home builder here in Houston. Depending on your agenda (beach, water sports, nightlife, couples, kid-friendly, singles, etc.) there are many very nice all-inclusive resorts. For Cuba I might even suggest Havana-Rentals and tell them you want to rent an All-Inclusive House in Miramar if you want a private vacation. You might want to try some weight training exercises. They don’t have to be too heavy, all you need to do is buy some 591 ml 7up bottles (and refill em with water) and lift those up and down a few times.

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with peanut butter, or
high fiber cereal or oatmeal
and
some pieces of orange or an apple

Supper: whatever your family cooks-chicken, fish, etc.
